Il m a fait faire toute une batterie de tests afin de savoir où j'en suis question cardio ,PMA, résistance aux lactates etc... sur ces mesures, il a mis au point pour moi un programme specialisé . chaque semaine a un thème ,et chaque jour un travail different est abordé : cardio en fractionné intermittent, résistance aux lactates en 3x5mn, travail d amélioration de la PMA en 30/30, musculation en force vitesse et musculation en force d'endurance.
